Come melt away tension, realign your mind and body, and nourish your soul! Experience the unique opportunity to practice yoga in an art studio, where art will embrace you in your meditative practice. By connecting each movement with your breath, you'll feel the power of yoga and start your day rejuvenated. This flow will help you build strength and flexibility, supported by a welcoming community. All ages and levels are welcome—everyone needs yoga! Wear comfortable clothes, and bring water, a mat, and blocks if you have them. See you on the mat 😉
