Baby and Me: A Creative Baby & Me Support Group for New parents is a warm, welcoming space where mothers and their babies can connect, create, and grow together. Through gentle, sensory-rich art experiences, mindful reflection, and open sharing, new moms are invited to explore their own creativity while nurturing the special bond with their little ones. Each session blends hands-on artistic play, using color, texture, sound, and movement, with moments of conversation and support among mothers navigating early parenthood. We will have moving and growing, make a memory keepsake, have a photo session, learn and practice baby massage and yoga with your baby! 5 Wednesdays: Oct 21-Dec 2 @10:30-12:00 (No meeting on 11/11 and on 11/25)
